Privacy, in plain English

Last updated: October 14, 2026

The short version

• This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no ad trackers and no forms.
• The only information I get is what you choose to email me.
• I never sell or rent your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Who runs this site

K8NTZ.com is the personal brand site of Alexander Koontz (KOONTZ), Chesapeake, Virginia. Business services on the consulting page are provided by Koontz Consulting. Questions: alexander@K8NTZ.com.

What happens when you visit

The site is plain web pages hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare's servers briefly process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and block attacks. I don't use that data to identify you, and I don't run any analytics on top of it. Cloudflare's own handling is described in its privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

The pages load no outside fonts, scripts or embeds, so no other company sees your visit through this site. Links to YouTube, X, Snapchat and other sites take you to those sites, and their own privacy policies apply there.

When you email me

If you email alexander@K8NTZ.com or consulting@K8NTZ.com, I get your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. Email is hosted by Zoho Mail. I use it only to answer you, schedule and run sessions, and send invoices. I keep business emails as long as I need them for the work and for tax records, then delete them.

If we work together

• Session notes are private. I use them only to prepare your plan and check-ins. I don't share them, record calls without asking, or use your story publicly.
• Testimonials are only published with your written OK, using your first name and last initial.
• Payments go through an invoice or payment provider. I never see or store your full card number.
• I may have to share information if the law requires it, or if someone's safety is at serious risk.

Your choices

You can ask me what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it (except what I must keep for taxes). Email alexander@K8NTZ.com and I'll answer within 30 days.

Children

This site and my services are for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes. If I ever add a sign-up form or analytics, this page will say so first.
